REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


All we want is for you to have a satisfying experience with your online purchase from HOOR.

For Cairo/Giza residents:

You can check the order while the courier is infront your door. If you are unhappy for any reason with the product you can return it on spot to the courier and only pay for delivery fees.
Also we’ll gladly accept an exchange or return of an unworn item under the following conditions:


  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of purchase for the Price of items only excluded delivery fees.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. They will be checked by our team then your amount of money will be sent to you through your bank account/wallet.
  • Items on Sale/Promotion-time are allowed to be Refunded or Exchanged within 24 hours too.


We recommend that all items should be checked as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items on spot or within our returns timeframe.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.


For other Governates:

 Orders are not allowed to be checked or opened, although your item can be refunded in 24 hours. We check the condition of the item, then we will refund you the amount of money excluding delivery fees through your bank account/wallet.


While HOOR seeks to offer a customer-friendly returns policy, please note that habitual returns and cancellations are closely monitored. Excessive returns by the same individual will be flagged and potentially refused at HOOR’s discretion.
